The hotel had fantastic views of the valley. The folks were especially helpful. The beds were comfortable, and each room was a nice size with multi-channel television and an electronic key card. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast that satisfied everyone. The excellent service and attention to detail were remarkable. The venue's location was central, next to the riverfront and the center of town, with the best restaurants, cafes, shops, and convenient access to a taxi for the airport.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was an amazing experience! the complementary chocolates and wine were a great touch. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Another advantage was the comfortable bed, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.
The staff had a careless approach towards resolving issues. We had problems with the water temperature in our room and despite several complaints, nothing was done to fix the issue.

The hotel had a great location in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always offering tips and advice on where to go and what to see. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and some of the juice tasted artificial. However, this was a very minor issue considering all of the other great things about the hotel.

During my recent stay at Hotel Khamsum, I was thrilled with the great view from my room's balcony. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the main market. The room heater and electric bed warmers provided much-needed comfort during the chilly weather. The staff was incredibly courteous and even provided umbrellas and trekking sticks.
